Before sending a notice

Please note: BBCshow hosts only metadata and thumbnail previews. Original images are served by third-party CDNs. If your concern is the original image file, please also contact the hosting CDN directly.

How to file a notice

Send the following to dmca@bbcshow.com:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  2. Identification of the material on bbcshow.com that you want removed (full URLs).
  3. Your contact information: full legal name, mailing address, phone, email.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  5. A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

  • We review valid notices within 48 hours.
  • We remove or disable access to the identified material.
  • We notify the original submitter (if any).

Counter-notice

If you believe content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice with the same elements above plus a statement consenting to jurisdiction.

Repeat infringers

We will terminate access for repeat infringers as identified through valid notices.
